After someone is caught charming the public with plagiarized works of music or poetry or comedy or opinion, or cartoonery, then, at the very least, no one should ever trust that person on a public stage again. We open our hearts and our wallets for such works, and we do not want that happening by any damned deception. We want to feel good and secure about rewarding our favourite authors for their pains when we're celebrating and buying their work. We want to celebrate the beauty of the work, not fucking profits. So why are criminals who were caught plagiarizing my works still appearing on magazine covers and billboards? Why are they getting a second and third chance after their crimes with my songs and blogs? What are they telling the public to contradict my truth and enable their illusion of legitimacy? Or is it just because the news won't admit these crimes and prosecutions of stars with my work? But some of you out there have been reading my blogs since 1999. Look, I'm still here, still saying the same thing after almost twenty years online. Truth never changes. Since then, the news has contradicted itself at least four times on the issue of my ownership, hasn't it? You can't blame me for protesting events and promotions for people who were caught stealing my music or poetry or comedy. Such filthy crimes as theirs are expected to destroy their careers upon becoming public knowledge. So by keeping such offenders on a public stage, it stands to bring further harm to their victim. It makes me look suspicious. And it gives them the further opportunity to rob my blogs so they can 'look like' the ones who write the new things, while I'm busy making video after video of YouTube sponsors getting ripped off with my videos in the hands of web frauds. Are the cops and lawyers content with this? Because I have spent a lot of time trying to bring it directly to their attention, year after year, unsuccessfully, it seems. And that's why I get grouchy sometimes. With that last tune I shared on YouTube, Close Rendezvous, when I first shared it as Grand Rendezvous in 2007, did its abductors gang up on me for another 'collaboration'? It was such a long time ago, but I vaguely recall the name of a monumental poet on just such a song. At the time, I was almost flattered, because I thought the band that stole it was 'using' him, not just to intimidate me, but possibly to explain the suddenly improved quality of their lyrics at that time. But after seeing other icons like Jagger and Cohen appearing all alone with my music or poetry, I'm not so sure anymore. I'm, of course, less offended by violations from authors who influenced my own work. At least I got something from them before they ripped me off. But the bottom line is that you shouldn't take what isn't yours - never mind who influenced it. A good creative author injects himself into his writing, whatever its inspirational source. And so, I'll just have to keep writing until I have filled in the void left behind by their banishment from my mind with my own faithful works. Below is another of my blogs for which I recently received a subscription notice, my lyrics index. That sure is a lot of music to lie to the world about, eh? Hours and hours. The broadcasters don't think so. Nor does the offender who sent me the notice. So, is it all still there from my 'songs' link at the bottom of this post? And will I have to post this page again at some future date? What about yesterday's and the day-before's? Will I have to post them again and ask my readers check them against |

Crimes Against Hilarity
Oh, I heard that little joke about being 'compact'. If they need to insult me sexually, that Who parody must have been good yesterday. They always try to diminish my noble efforts with ugly putdowns. Sorry I can't share the whole script with you. It was disappointing for me to learn from a co-tenant that Saturday Night Live is still on the air after it was shown to have committed hundreds of acts of fraud with my comedy and poetry. The network must want it to look respectable in order to hurt me more, as if their vast fraud with my original scripts and poems wasn't harmful enough. I'm told they're doing more political satire now, probably trying to win favour with people through politics, rather than by a highly questionable talent. As dirty a trick as that is, it is understandable, since they clearly lack the means to win a crowd with their own pure humour. And what's so great about mimicking? Isn't that a rather common approach to humour? Why haven't they explored irony, hyperbole, the unexpected, wordplay, the absurd, and the other comic devices known to authors? After all, imitations grow tiresome on their own. My guess is that, aside from their obvious deficiency in authoring talent and imagination, at least since I've been on the web, inspiration has its own schedule and will not conform to their business deadlines. It was for this reason that I wanted to complete as much of my work as I could before I got involved with the business. No one should write comedy when they don't feel like it, but we see example after example of people doing it on TV and perhaps in the daily newspaper funnies. This is a true crime against hilarity. Who's paying me to write my Doctor Who script now? No one. That's why it will turn out well: I have my heart in the work, I'm in the mood to joke around, I like the show I'm writing about, etc, etc. Unfortunately, it may be only amateurs who have this kind of freedom, which is why I no longer share my new comedy scripts on the internet. While you might enjoy them, they'd only make the pros fucking jealous, which has been the stupid excuse all along for breaking copyright laws and trampling all over my human rights. I can see why the comedy writing skill is so rare. As one who took a very unique road in his life along the development of this skill, I can honestly tell you that it brings far more trouble than good. In my case, it has even interfered with my music career when I have no interest in being a comedian. When a proven talent is as abused as I am, it tells me why the TV will continue to disappoint viewers who are tuning in for a laugh. This industry simply hurts talent too much to ensure the highest quality product for their consumers. I didn't have to rewrite all my old work; I could have been writing new work all these years, and making new profits with it, but they hid all my old work from me instead of telling me it was mine. What a waste of time and talent. And now they're apparently more concerned with sustaining an illusion of decency in the face of so many criminal prosecutions of their stars than they ever were about satisfying their customers. When are they going to get rid of that dirty fraud show? As long as it stays on the air it promises only to poison the public mind. Take a look at my poetry index below. Is it the same as what you get when you click on my 'poems' link? Since I recently received a subscription notice from some piece of shit for these three hundred, or so, pages of my original poetry from my suffering life, I need to copy the whole index into this post to make sure you can see it all. It's a little demanding of my protectors to allow such a situation, don't you think? |

The Right to Parody
I'm writing more scripts. I've been gathering up ideas over the last while. I have a funny new game show and a pretty decent new sci-fi story going. The Asteroid of Gold - © 2018. All Rights Reserved. (On board the TARDIS.) K-9: Mistress? Companion: What is it, K-9? K-9: The central piston needs servicing again. Companion: Already? (She leans forward and puts her hand on the see-through plastic shell of the throbbing unit. K-9 lets out a pant, which she detects.) You naughty creature! Doctor: Now, now, dear, a dog can't help being a beast once in a while. He just wants to play. Companion: Oh, he wants to play, does he? (She opens the emergency airlock and throws a ball out into space.) Fetch! (K-9 runs after the ball.) Doctor: No! K-9, stay! (K-9 stops and the Doctor closes the hatch.) Please don't kill my dog. I need him for this expedition. Companion: (Leaning back in her chair and putting her feet up on the control panel) Why? Where are we going? Doctor: I've detected an asteroid from the belt between Mars and Jupiter that is on a collision course with Earth. We must find it and blast it to bits. Companion: Can't you home in on its location? Doctor: I've narrowed the search down to four asteroids in this sector. I need K-9 to sniff out the culprit by its trajectory and mineral composition. Companion: Are we there yet? Doctor: Just about. (Piston slowing) Let's see. There's the first one. It's the largest. Go ahead, K-9. K-9: (Data processing sounds in background.) Computing... (Etc, etc) Conflict between the virtuous Doctor and his materialistic companion is inevitable when K-9 detects large deposits of gold in the asteroid they're supposed to destroy. I don't know. It passes the time, I guess. I'm pretty isolated for someone whose blog gets so many readers; so many that I receive subscription notices for it from the ones that steal it. It makes me quite a target. And the last time I tried the link to my blog chronology, I was sent to another page. Has anything been done about these vicious crimes yet? By the way, there's another old song restored to my YouTube account. If I were to ask the world's 6.5 billion people a question at the end of 2007, it would be, 'How did I steal all this work from these stars before they had it?' It's amazing how people forget where they saw or heard something first. All it took was one big fraudcast to wipe their memories clean - even when it was all still online in my name on an earlier date. And now, when did I share some of my best new songs on YouTube? Was it eight years ago or four years ago? Was it four years ago or just last year? What better way to erase our lives than by erasing our memories? As long as they make profits. Did I tell you I found the title decapitated from the MP4 on a couple of my songs? It just says 'video' in its place. Why did someone need to do that to my music MP4s on YouTube? Does the mind controlling media have everyone loving them with my music's charm? As long as no one ever appreciates me for it, they're happy. And as this crime persists, what about my human rights? What about the right to full protection from the law? Is that one of those adjustable rights? Is it adjustable according to how much money you have in your pocket? The grandparents of these broadcasters tried to say that JFK, possibly the most literate president of the last hundred years, plagiarized his book when he tried to run for president. But his rich dad threatened to sue them and they backed off. See what happens today when they pick on someone who isn't so rich, like you or me. Their cruelty is really astonishing: leaving me to get rejected by whole crowds of rock fans who like my music by the simple act of fraud. You can't expect people that cruel to know how to write a good work from their hearts. And their irresponsibility is shocking, making heroes out of dick signed criminals to strike at their victim. Can you still reach my Copyright Offenders page or does the link send you elsewhere to help the Dean Christ and the Lie Guy? I've brought it up to date here. Sponsors might want to examine it closely, since their money has paid for my misery in the last eleven years. Try to count all the violations against me with my 'full protection from the law'. Lucky for most that this only ever happens to good artists.

Attention YouTube Sponsors
Just to give everyone an idea of the stress I suffer from telling you the truth about broadcasters in this case, when I was about to leave the library earlier, after making the below points about my innocence and honour, I heard a fan of that web fraud say, 'she knows you're mental'. Well, aside from the image assault and the obviously bigoted attitude related to this remark, they don't let crazy people say that stars ripped them off on the internet. Stars are paranoid about their image and they would prosecute anyone who would damage it by deceit. In my case, they can do nothing because I'm telling the truth. And when you look at the truth I'm trying to tell you, it should explain why someone is always contradicting it. As for being 'mental', I'm pretty fucking stressed out from this bitch on the internet who has been fucking with my web pages all year since at least June - when are you going to bust her? - but I think it's more insane for her and her star heroes of the past to pretend they're me when they steal my blogs and songs that they don't know how to write. I should start this by saying how to understand the lack of commercials on my YouTube pages, since I'm sure someone has already tried to insinuate my guilt from it. Ask yourself, why would someone steal a bunch of music and have no commercials on his page to make money from it? Of course, no thief would steal without a guarantee of payment. So what's so great about having all my songs up with no commercials on them after they made all that money for frauds? Well, if you wrote the work yourself, as is the case with me, then you are paid by your pride when you share your achievements with the world. Of course, chronic song thieves can't understand such a payment, since they never write songs like mine - if they even write songs at all. Paid strictly by my author's pride, then, my lack of paying commercials should indicate to you, after eleven years of constant posting, that I am and always was the only author of my work. On the other hand, if you catch anything of mine outside my URL's with a commercial on the page, you should flag it down immediately. I'll eventually get a credit card and set up an 'Adsense' account to try to make some money from my YouTube videos. In the meantime, I thought I should inform the YouTube sponsors that rogue YouTube members are charging them money for my music on the internet. I know that these sponsors are decent and would want no part of any hideous music fraud, so I'm sure they'll pursue the appropriate action against the offenders. I think it's disgusting to see this crime with my songs get committed so often when it's so perverse, but it seems the authorities just want to stand there with folded arms and let it happen to me. This raises a question about human rights in our society, a society where police think it's their job to abandon an artist to predators if the predators are supported by big money. I'll bring it up at the next election. And is anyone shadowing me through that new encrypted https link that I keep reading about here? That's a great tool for fraud, I bet. Great way to confuse everyone about every word I share with the public every day. But it helps to control crime, right? When? Just a couple more thoughts about the broadcasters. I know you're still probably thinking they're more of a threat to me than to you, but they lie to you about music and poetry and comedy. They knew that Blue Rodeo had stolen at least a full album of my songs in January 2017, as they hyped the big Blue Rodeo concert at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. They knew that that comedy creep on the billboard had committed countless acts of fraud with my blogs and poems. They bared their fangs in late 2007, when they tried to bury my poetry under their pathetic rhyming news reports. I'm surprised I'm the only one who noticed. And they must have told a million lies to support all that fraud with my vast works over the years. Shouldn't we all stop listening to them now? A million lies is a million lies; it doesn't matter who or what they're about. |

Reptiles Aren't Warm
I've posted a couple new recordings that turned out to be similar to past posts on YouTube. The songs might have still been receiving airplay or circulating on the web, with others' names on them, up to recently. I recall the crime with my last song clearly now. It was probably Blue Rodeo. My half finished song suited their C&W image, but I like that song a lot more as it is now. And my solo sounds good with that echoey effect. When they steal my songs and my laughs, they're not just stealing my work but passing themselves off as having my feelings while they're doing it. I don't think that people who steal songs and poems and lie to everyone to try to gain power and wealth should be masquerading to the public as having my warm feelings that put into my work. They are cold blooded reptiles and are incapable of feeling my feelings. That's perhaps what I find most evil about this fraud with my work. So what was that Blue Rodeo concert about now in early 2017, when I found myself selling my amp to compile legal funds? Why did the schoolchildren treat me so miserably when Blue Rodeo were coming to town? Well, who had my songs and blogs? Who else? And what were they telling everyone about me behind my back to explain it? I now know who had Mischief and It Makes Me Wonder and Redemption and Small Miracles and Slings and Arrows and Grand Rendezvous and possibly even Flimsy. In January 2017, was everyone looking forward to a nice concert of those songs with Blue Rodeo after I spent three years struggling against Diamondback for possession of my other songs? You see what I'm up against with these broadcasters. And I'm supposed to show them deference, to allow them to promote me, when they're trying to cut my throat every day. Great. Boy, those broadcasters must absolutely hate outstanding talent. How can I be outstanding when they take my most outstanding songs and pass them around to fifty different bands? How am I even supposed to survive such a crime? So, if you think there's too much mediocre content on the airwaves, just look at how they try to demolish outstanding talent. |
